Cambodia Flood Relief
ASEA Advancing Life foundation will be matching every $1 donated and an anonymous donor is also matching. This means your $1 turns into $3.
In Cambodia, flooding has worsened in parts of the country due to heavy rain and dam releases in bordering parts of Thailand. The National Committee for Disaster Management reported that flooding since early October has affected over 240,000 people in the country and at least 20 people have lost their lives. Almost 60,000 houses were damaged, and over 26,000 people had been evacuated. Thousands of hectares of rice and other crops were also damaged. The donations will go directly to Vision Cambodia who is in the region and will help to bring food to the villagers. They need 3 tons of rice immediately to feed the families.
Villagers have lost everything, their homes and the little belongings that they had. Their entire rice harvest has been lost, which means they have no access to any food for months to come.
